Run-time Error 339

Component 'ktTel.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

 

I've gotten this error when trying to run the trial version of voiceguide for dialogic. I've tried the card and the download on two different computers and got the same error. I am using a D4/PCI with driver version 5.1.1 which the distributer of the card told me to use. He said the v6 would not work well with this card

This error usually happens if VoiceGuide was installed before the Dialoigc drivers were installed.

 

Please try installing VoiceGuide again.
